A standard dual-band, tri-mode digital wireless phone is necessary to utilize our Text Messaging service.
How do I retrieve a message?
Your digital wireless phone will beep when you receive a text message. You will also see the message envelope indicator on your phone's display. Please refer to your digital wireless phone's owner's manual for instructions on retrieving text messages.
Will I receive text messages while I'm using my phone?
Text messages will be stored until you have concluded your call and are able to retrieve the message.
If my phone is turned off will I still be able to receive incoming messages?
You will only be able to receive messages while your phone is turned on. Any messages received while your phone is off will be stored until the next time you turn on your phone.
