1. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and the District of Columbia and who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees and directors of Fun Facter, LLC, (“Sponsor”), and ECG Group (individually and collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”), those responsible for the development, promotion, distribution and implementation of this Promotion, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and printing suppliers for this Promotion, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children & spouse), regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such employers and directors are ineligible. By participating you agree (and if you are a minor your parent/legal guardian agrees) to these Official Rules and the decisions of ECG Group (“ECG”), the Sweepstakes Administrator, and/or Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Promotional period begins on 03/01/08 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT), and ends on 03/31/08 at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) ("Promotional Period"). A Day will begin at 12:01 a.m. (PT) and end at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT). The promotional period contains sixty daily periods beginning each day at 12:01 a.m. (PT) and ending the same day at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT).

3. ENTRY
There are two ways to enter: the Internet Method and the Mail-in Method:

(a) Enter your cell phone number on www.funfacter.com (“Website”) and you will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. Internet entries for each daily period must be received and recorded by Sponsor’s computer during that daily period. Any other attempt at Internet or email entry is void. Entrants must provide all required information to be eligible. While text message participation is designed to work with most major wireless carriers, Sponsor cannot guarantee any particular wireless service will be compatible with this Sweepstakes. To participate using text messaging, your mobile phone must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Wireless service providers may charge a fee under their cellular service contract or service provider agreement for each text message sent and received in connection with the Sweepstakes. You may incur text-messaging charges in connection with attempted entries and corresponding error messages even if their attempted entry does not go through. Consumers are responsible for all fees incurred through their wireless phone service, for text messages or otherwise, associated with participation in this Sweepstakes.

(b) Mail-in Method For Entries: To enter by mail, on a 3” x 5” card in black or blue ink hand print your full name, complete home address including zip code, home telephone number with area code, date of birth, email address (if available). Mail the card in a first class stamped envelope to: Fun Facter, LLC Sweepstakes, 4100 Newport Place Ste 400, Newport Beach, CA 92660. For each Daily period, mail-ins must be postmarked by the day after the final Internet entry date for the Daily period drawing for which the entry is being submitted and received not more than five days thereafter. Each properly completed and received card will receive one entry into the Daily drawing for which entry is being submitted. Each envelope must be mailed separately. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions accepted.

Entries received for each Daily period will not be carried over into subsequent Daily periods. No metered mail will be accepted. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, PER DAILY PERIOD REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries, email or mail; or for any computer, telephone, wireless, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled, lost or dropped transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net/wireless accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.

4. DRAWING
The winner for any drawing will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received for that drawing. Winners will be notified by email, text message, or regular mail within approximately five (5) days of the drawing dependent upon method of entry. Drawing will take place on or about one (1) day after the final receipt date for that Daily period. Drawings will be conducted under the supervision of ECG, an independent organization, whose decisions on all matters related to these Official Rules shall be final. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted and prize cannot be redeemed for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value should prize become unavailable. If a winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

5. PRIZE/ODDS
One Monthly Grand Prize, One Per Month: SONY Playstation 3 (ARV $400-$800). Each prize is available to be won each month. Expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a winner cannot accept a prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. Odds of winning any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. All taxes for all prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Winners, or winners’ parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor, may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility or Declaration, a Liability Release and, where lawful a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result and an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winner (and winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor), grant to Sponsor, (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to Sponsor’s authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without notification, approval or review. By participating, participants (and participants parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor), releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Fun Facter, ECG, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted.

Sponsor and ECG reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and any participant using any such method will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. 

Sponsor will seek to have any fraudulent activities prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor and ECG are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. Sponsor and ECG are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor and/or ECG, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from regular mail-in entries and Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. 8. WINNERS LIST

For Official Rules mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked "OFFICIAL RULES”. The names of winners may also be posted at www.funfacter.com.
